Unopened items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to request a return or an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. If exceed 7 days, you may not be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be eligible for exchange on internationally shipped item only if item is defected, the size is wrong, or due to other problems caused by us. If item defect is caused during shipping, please contact EMS for insurance coverage (paid by customer). First, please fill out the contact form on our website to report any defects or problems. We may not be able to process returns or exchanges if no prior contact had been made.
Return Delivery Fee
Customer must pay shipping fee for returns.
- If items you received had free shipping, return shipping fee will be the amount for the original shipping fee.
- Transaction fee to refund payment to customer’s bank account will be paid by customer.
We do not accept any cancellation after shipment.
