Terms and conditions of repair

The Products sold on the Website may suffer damage due to time, normal use, dropping, immersion in an unsuitable liquid (particularly seawater), a force applied to one or more points on the Product, heat or humidity. All our products are checked and tested before being shipped. An article that has tarnished after using hairspray or any other similar product shall not be considered damaged.

SARL MC DAVIDIAN undertakes to do its best to carry out repairs on a damaged Product. However, some damages are irreparable. We will try to define the cases in which a repair is possible in the most comprehensive way possible. SARL MC DAVIDIAN will not be able to carry out the repair if the damage made to a Customer's Product lacks in similarity to one of the cases described below.

If the Customer believes that his damaged Product is sufficiently similar to one or more of the cases described below, the Customer may contact the company (only by e-mail) at info@mcdavidian.com, making sure to send several photos of the entire object and a clear picture of the damage or damages. The Customer must also provide a delivery address for the shipment of the repaired Product. If the Customer's photos fail to show any damage, SARL MC DAVIDIAN will refuse any further progress of the case, pending a higher-quality photo. Similarly, if the delivery address is not present or not well enough indicated, SARL MC DAVIDIAN will refuse any further progress of the case.

An e-mail will be sent to the Customer within 7 working days from the date of sending the repair request. In the event that the conditions stated above are not respected, an e-mail from SARL MC DAVIDIAN will be sent to the Client stating the condition(s) that are not met, these conditions being necessary to ensure the case's progress. In the event that the conditions stated above are not validated, SARL MC DAVIDIAN shall carry out an assessment of the possible and impossible repairs to the Product or Products concerned, hereinafter referred to as "repair assessment".

An e-mail from SARL MC DAVIDIAN will be issued with the assessment of the repairs as well as the amount the Customer will have to pay for SARL MC DAVIDIAN to do these repairs. The Customer must pay this amount by PayPal exclusively to the PayPal account of SARL MC DAVIDIAN, whose details will be communicated in the e-mail mentioned above. Once the payment is validated by the bank of the company SARL MC DAVIDIAN, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Customer who must send the Damaged Product(s) at his expense to the repair workshop at the following address: MC Davidian - 84 - Voie Denis Papin - 83700 Saint-Raphaël - France. The shipment must be followed and insured.

SARL MC DAVIDIAN cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the loss of the Customer's Product(s) during the delivery of this Product to the repair workshop. The terms of delivery of the repaired Products to the delivery address provided by the Customer are the same as those of a delivery of a purchased Product. SARL MC DAVIDIAN cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the costs of a repair.
