These three companies perform a work together to provide a final entity that happens to be the Site. The Website offers fashion accessories that we have defined as the Products. These products are the exclusive property of SARL MC DAVIDIAN who happens to be the head of publication. Any text or photographs in connection with these products are also the exclusive property of SARL MC DAVIDIAN.
Any order for a Product offered on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance of these terms of sale, without however that this acceptance is conditioned by a handwritten signature from the User. In accordance with Articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the Civil Code, supplemented by Decree No. 2001-272 of 30 March 2001, adopted in implementation of Article 1316-4 of the Civil Code and on the electronic signature, it is recalled that the validation of the command such as specified in section 4 below, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature and is proof of the entire ordering and payment due in execution of the said order.
These Conditions of Sale are valid from 1 June 2012. They cancel and replace all previous versions of these Conditions.
These general conditions of sale are intended to define, exclusively because of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of products offered on the Website.
The entire catalogs of products offered for sale on the Site are those that are present on the site at the time of presentation of it. If any of these products is no longer found in the stock devoted to the Site, the User may not in any case place an order on it. The User will not be charged on a product not in stock devoted to the Site. The photographs, graphics and descriptions related to products offered for sale are only indicative and not binding on the seller. If the seller would modify a product, the graphic representation of it does not engage the responsibility of the seller or even affect the validity of the sale.
The scope of registration possibilities of a command is limited by Internet, on the website and the resources to provisions on the Site.
Any User is free to consult all the products offered on the Site without committing to place an order.
If the User wishes to perform or commands, it must initially register on the site and identify. The procedure for registration and validation of one or commands can then be performed particularly includes the following steps:

As of the final validation of your order (manifesting your "second click" in accordance with law 2004-575 on confidence in the digital economy), we will send an email confirmation of your order summarizing the all the elements related thereto. By printing and / or keeping this email, you will have a means of proof of your order.
The full prices in relation to the Products are indicated in Euros and are outside the scope of VAT. At the price plus the VAT based on the country of delivery and shipping costs that are variable depending on the weight of the order and the country of delivery. Note that the Customer will benefit from reduced shipping costs depending on the amount of the order. Prices shown are subject to change based on exceptional events independent of our will. Customers may make payment of the order by the PayPal service, bank transfer or sending a check.

By check: usable only in a French bank. The check should be made payable to SARL MC DAVIDIAN. The beginnings of the calculations of the delivery will be taken into account from the date of receipt of the check. The check must be sent to the following address: 84 - Way Denis Papin - ZAC Cerceron - 83700 Saint-Raphaël - France. The back check must have the number of the order sent to the Customer's e-mail written by hand by the Customer or third person. Failing to write this number, the Customer may not see its confirmed order and even be canceled. If the order comes to be canceled, your check will be returned.
Remember, if paying by check or transfer, the order will be processed only after registration by our bank, credit to our account (approximately 7 days for checks and from 1 to 4 days for a transfer).
Pursuant to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the Products he wishes to return to exercise his right of withdrawal. The customer does not have to give reasons or pay any penalties except the cost of return of the products that he wishes to return. SARL MC DAVIDIAN do reserve the right not to refund Product returned in poor condition (i.e. products returned damaged, dirty, scratched, peeled, broken, melted, torn or other damage) or outside the times indicated above. Any return made under the terms of this paragraph will result in a refund of all sums paid no later than within thirty days of receipt.
Your order will be shipped by registered Colissimo offer proposed by La Poste, delivered with a signature. Packages are generally shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment of the Customer (except unavailability or logistical error, but the customer will be informed by e-mail of the situation by our after-sales service).
The site sends these products around the world. These products are delivered to the Customer at the delivery address indicated in the order. In case of error when entering this address in case of absence or by you on delivery of one or more of your orders, you will be responsible to contact SARL MC DAVIDIAN email or mail to using the information specified in paragraph 2. Neither the site nor SARL Davidian MC cannot be held responsible for a delivery error on the wrong input of a delivery address.
Note that any product delivered must be carefully checked by the customer upon receipt.
In the case of a reserve to the carrier for damage or missing, the Customer is required to consult any reservations on the delivery note. From the receipt of the package, the customer has 72 hours to indicate the carrier and motivate its reserves by registered letter. The absence of reservations by the Client means that the product delivered is deemed delivered in good condition and will be subject to subsequent dispute with the company SARL MC DAVIDIAN.
In the case of an error from SARL MC DAVIDIAN, the customer has 72 hours from the receipt of the order to tell SARL MC DAVIDIAN any errors or non-compliance on the products ordered.
