The website mcdavidian.com and all of its content (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, designs) are protected by intellectual property law. The MC DAVIDIAN trademark, its logo and the domain name mcdavidian.com are the exclusive property of SARL M.C. DAVIDIAN.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution of all or part of these elements without the prior written consent of SARL M.C. DAVIDIAN is prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data

Data controller: SARL M.C. DAVIDIAN (contact details above). As a company established in France, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, wherever our customers are located.

Data we collect: the information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us (first and last name, shipping and billing addresses, e-mail, phone number, order history). Card details are processed directly by our secure payment provider, Stripe: we never have access to them.

Why we use it:

• to process and ship your orders and provide customer service (performance of the contract);
• to comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation);
• to send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to it or if you are already a customer and have not objected; every message contains an unsubscribe link;
• to measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising, according to your cookie choices (see our Cookie Policy).

Recipients: your data is intended for SARL M.C. DAVIDIAN. It is shared, only to the extent necessary, with our service providers: carriers (delivery), payment provider, website host and, depending on your cookie choices, the analytics and advertising services listed in our Cookie Policy. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Retention: orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation); marketing data: 3 years after your last contact or purchase; customer account: until you delete it, or after 3 years of inactivity.
